Tri-Art Self-Leveling Gel Matte is a professional acrylic medium designed for creating thick, level glazes without visible brush strokes. Formulated from 100% pure acrylic polymer emulsion, it has a milky appearance when wet and dries clear to a flexible matte finish. This medium increases the flow and transparency of Tri-Art Acrylic Colours while remaining flexible even in multiple layers. Ideal for collage, thick glazes, embedding objects, and creating encaustic-like effects, it is best applied with a spreading tool. Flow can be increased by adding a small amount of water or retarder.
