Description
Tri-Art Clear Gesso is a professional-quality acrylic ground formulated with the highest concentration of 100% acrylic emulsion, pigment, and calcium carbonate. It provides a smooth, matte, and opaque surface while maintaining transparency that allows underlying textures to show through. Water-permanent when dry, it offers strong adhesion and flexibility to prevent cracking, rubbing, flaking, or lifting from the substrate. Highly pigmented for tinting if desired, 2–3 water-diluted coats are recommended for optimal results. Ideal for both acrylic and oil paints.
